Central, spacious, actually renovated
Real photos of our Bucharest units are coming as each property is finished — here's what every ErasmusPass apartment includes.
Your private room
A large, real bedroom — not a converted closet. Yours alone.
A living room built for hanging out
Large shared common area, made for movie nights and study sessions alike.
A real, detached kitchen
Every ErasmusPass apartment is unique, but the kitchen is always full-size and detached from the living room — with generous common space around it.
A community, not just a lease
A built-in social circle
Community events and meetups so you're never starting from zero in a new city.
Group trips, organized for you
We plan trips with your crew and the wider ErasmusPass community throughout the semester.
Access to 3 more countries
Partner properties in Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey — at discount cost.
Where to actually live in Bucharest
A few honest, local notes before you pick a neighborhood for your Erasmus semester.
Armenian Quarter · Icoanei Garden · Rosetti
Leafy, walkable, and about as central as Bucharest gets. Universities, cafés and the Old Town are all a short walk away, with metro access nearby.
Universitate
The literal center of the city and of student life — university buildings, bars and the Old Town right there, with metro lines crossing directly underneath.
Piața Romană
A busy, well-connected hub with its own metro station, close to several university buildings and an easy walk into the center.
What past students say
My flatmates were matched so well it almost felt suspicious — turns out an algorithm beats hoping for the best.
I landed in Bucharest with zero contacts and already had a group chat with my future roommates before I'd even booked the flight.
Didn't expect a co-living app to basically plan my social life, but the group trip to Sofia with the crew was the highlight of my semester.

A note for parents
We know you're often part of this decision too. ErasmusPass is a registered hosting operator, every application goes through a real conversation with our team before any offer, and deposit terms are always confirmed in writing before move-in — no surprises.
Applications for 2026/2027 are open
Spots fill by matched group, not by apartment — the earlier you apply, the more say you have in when you move in.
A short, plain-language privacy note
We only use the information you submit to process your application, match you with compatible flatmates, and contact you about your stay. It's visible to the small ErasmusPass team, never sold or shared with advertisers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.
